Job description

  • Singapore REIT

  • Industrial Portfolio

  • Growth Opportunity

The Company

The platform is a well-established Singapore REIT consisting of an asset portfolio located in Singapore and overseas. The Manager continues to pursue a strategy for growth comprising portfolio value creation as well as new acquisitions as the macro headwinds moderate in 2025, whilst also continuing to strengthen the team. It now seeks to appoint an early-career Investor Relations professional.

The Position

Reporting to the CEO and closely collaborating with the key management team, the successful individual will be a point of contact across the investment community (institutional, private markets family offices and retail investors) whilst providing appropriate engagement relating to REIT financial and sustainability performance as well as building engagement with key partners, securities analysts, the regulatory community and other stakeholders. As a result, the position will include traditional REIT communications and announcements, the development and implementation of corporate marketing initiatives, preparation of AGMs, management of sustainability reporting (GRESB and Green Mark) whilst also overseeing ad hoc CSR initiatives too. In addition, in collaboration with the C-suite, the appointed individual will develop and deepen relationships with new and existing capital partners.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early- to mid-career IR professional to drive the function within a highly progressive and successful REIT platform.

The Person

The ideal candidate will offer either a Degree in Real Estate, Business or Finance whilst offering a minimum of 2+ years’ sound IR experience, preferably honed in the real estate industry or, alternatively, with appropriate RE coverage from within a financial PR agency. The successful individual is expected to possess drive, passion and initiative to work autonomously whilst enjoying significant collaboration across the senior management team. In particular, the appointed individual will offer an engaging and confident manner, comfortable managing outreach programmes across a broad network of institutional and HNW investors.
