There is now an immediate need to hire an experienced Maintenance and Utility Manager within the Supply Chain department.

The Position
Reporting to the Manufacturing Excellence Head, The Maintenance & Utility Manager will be tasked to oversee the Plant & Facility maintenance activities within the factory, that ensure to support for market demand and fully compliance with QSE & GMP standards as per TCCC requirements. He/she will lead the entire Maintenance team for Mechanical & Electrical (Efficiency) improvement by effectively utilizing manpower and resources towards Plant 100 & WCM implementation. The appointed candidate will also manage R&M cost as per BP target and set up improvement opportunities within the maintenance area. Lastly, he/she will also manage the Spare Parts Inventory Level as per Business planning and reduce waste.

The Person

To succeed in this role, candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field. This position requires a minimum of 3 years' related experience in FMCG and strong knowledge in maintenance field (both electrical and mechanical). An Advance PLC certification is also a plus. Good Communication Skills and Leadership/ Team Management Skills are also necessary. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-known MNC with strong growth potential in Myanmar.
