The Company
We are currently supporting a noted, high-profile firm dedicated towards the FMCG sector that holds a significant market leadership in Myanmar. The client has a strong global presence and has been regarded as one of the Best Global Brands. There is now a need to hire a Commercial Finance Manager to be part of their next phase of growth.

The Position
Reporting and working closely with the Finance Head, the Commercial Finance Manager will serve as a business partner in developing and implementing strategies that will support critical business decision making. To do this, the Commercial Finance Manager will drive productivity improvements, ensure working capital are efficient by establishing appropriate credit limits and optimum inventory levels.  There will also be a need to provide market insights and frequent communication with teams based Internationally.

The Person
The ideal candidate should have an Accountancy or Finance Degree with 8 years of relevant experience. As the role will be based in Myanmar, my client welcomes candidates who are Burmese with international working experience that are interested in returning to Myanmar. Candidates with strong communication and analytical skills, problem solving abilities and a strong track record of leading a team.
