The Company

The organisation is a fast-growing regional developer of modern and sustainable logistics warehouses with plans for expansion in Malaysia. Consequently, there is a need to bolster its project delivery team.

The Position   

Reporting to a Project Director, the appointed individuals will oversee customised design-to-suit warehouse logistic / distribution centre projects in Malaysia. Responsibility will include full life-cycle management overseeing design, pre-construction, site construction and handover whilst collaborating with in-house engineers, and other key internal and external stakeholders. Naturally, responsibility will include typical project development milestone management, technical and commercial deliverables.

The Person

Interested candidates will possess an appropriate Degree (Civil / Architecture) whilst offering at least 5-10 years’ experience gained managing industrial factory or logistics warehouse development projects. The successful individuals are expected to possess drive, energy and attention to detail whilst upholding a very strong collaborative and team ethos complemented by appropriate interpersonal skills.
