The Company

Our client is a fast-growing retail company that has recently established its Asia pacific regional office and is now looking to grow their presence in the Indonesia market. As such they are now seeking to recruit a Finance Manager to be based in Bekasi.

The Position

Reporting to and working closely with the CFO, the Finance Manager will have the overall control and responsibility for all the financial aspects of the company strategy and will be expected to analyze figures to find the most profitable outcomes. The Finance Manager will oversee the accounting, internal controls, financial reporting, management reporting and month end closing where he/she will be expected to lead and develop a team. There will also be a need to report back to head office in Singapore and manage a team.

The Person

The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant and have an Accountancy Degree with at least 10 years in retail or supermarket industry. Candidates should have strong communication skills, an analytical mind-set, problem solving abilities and a strong track record of leading a team.
