The Company 
Headquartered in Singapore, whilst enjoying the support of noted Private Equity Real Estate (PERE) capital partners, the company is poised for growth across SE Asia with respect to the development, operation and portfolio management of colocation data centres. Steered by a seasoned, cosmopolitan management team, the company combines deep knowledge across the real estate and data centre life-cycle whilst retaining a nimble, entrepreneurial and empowering culture. There is now a need to build a core team including the appointment of an experienced Finance Manager.

The Position
Reporting to the COO, the appointed individual will be responsible for the full spectrum of the financial accounting, ensure timely reporting of monthly/quarterly/ annual financial reporting as well as the preparation of financial and operating budgets and forecast. There will be a need to prepare monthly group financials for investors and quarterly group financial for board meetings. The Finance Manager will also be involved in treasury functions including managing banking relationships, tax structures, interest rate swaps and FX besides other ad-hoc duties.

The Person 
To excel in this role, candidates should possess at least 8 years of working experience and hold an Accountancy Degree with a CPA or CA equivalent. Experience in Real Estate, Property, or REIT sectors, along with a robust background in treasury, is essential. Strong analytical skills, a positive attitude, the ability to thrive under tight deadlines, and excellent communication skills are also imperative.
