Supporting a leadership localization strategy, the company wishes to appoint an experienced Supply Chain Head for Myanmar.

The Position

Reporting to the Head of the Region, the Country Head for Supply Chain will lead end to end supply chain which consists of Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, Import/Export, Procurement, 3 multi-BU’s sourcing units and manufacturing teams.  He or She will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain process of Myanmar, from the procurement of raw materials, manufacturing of high-quality products, deliveries of final products to the customers and manage the entire order to cash process.  The Head of Supply Chain will partner and represent supply chain in both the Myanmar country leadership team and the regional supply chain leadership team.

The Person

Interested candidates will offer a relevant Bachelor’s Degree with a master’s degree or MBA. Ideally with 10+ years’ Supply Chain experience (Manufacturing, Planning & Customer Service, Technology, SHE, Quality, Procurement knowledge). Strong project management and change management experience would also be an advantage. Ability to lead and manage the factory operations is a must for this role. Ina addition, the candidate should have commercial experience, outstanding English proficiency (Chinese language skills would be preferrable), very strong personal and professional ethics and an ability to operate meet deadlines whilst under pressure within a complex environment.
