In Singapore, there is a need to appoint an Analyst/Associate to join its cross-border buy-out team focused toward SE Asia.

The Position       

Reporting to a Senior Associate, the appointed individual will support regional investment transactions consisting of M&A / LBO transactions and ongoing platform-level growth. The appointed individual will perform a key role in evaluating M&A transactions or JV opportunities within a sector-agnostic environment. Naturally, this will include deal analysis, the development of financial projections and company valuations through to deal structuring.

The Person 

Interested candidates will offer a good Degree in Real Estate/Finance/Economics and around 2 years’ experience within investment banking with demonstrable exposure focused toward SE Asia markets. Offering strong modelling proficiency and a track record supporting completed M&A / LBO transactions, the appointed individual will also offer entrepreneurial drive and energy.
